A 70 years old male patient came to our hospital with cheif complaints of- Bilateral pedal edema since 1 month Decreased urine output since 25 days Shortness of Breath since 25 days. Date of admission-24/12/2022 History of present illness:- Patient was apparently asymptomatic 10 days back than he noticed pitting type of bilateral pedal edema since 10 days Decreased urine output since 3 days  Associated with SOB (Grade 2). A 42 year old male patient, farmer by occupation, resident of Nalgonda, came to our hospital with the cheif complaints of- Fever since 3 days, Abdominal pain since 3 days, Shortness of breath since 2 days and Cough with sputum since 2 days. A 45 year old female patient, home maker, resident of Devarakonda came to our hospital with cheif complaints of chest pain, fever, shortness of breath. Date of admission:-07/12/2022 History of present illness:- Patient was apparently asymptomatic 10 days back and then, she noticed fever which is associated with chills and rigors with diurnal variation increased during night and subsided by early morning for 3 days, chest pain since 3 days, giddiness and shortness of breath(Grade 3) while walking since 3 days after that, she went to near by RMP, he gave ORS from then she had 1 episode of

A 55 year old male patient, daily labourer by occupation, resident of Narketpally, came to our hospital with cheif complaint of fever. Date of admission:- November 27, 2022 History of present illness:- Patient was apparently asymptomatic 5 days back and developed fever which is of high grade, not associated with chills and rigors, fever is nocturnal and not relieved on taking medication and developed generalized weakness and dragging type of pain of both lower limbs since 3 days and increased frequency of stools since 3 days. No history of cold and cough No history of bleeding from gums No
